🌻 1.References

🍊Client must provide reference for character and PNGTuber comms, or a mood board for a full illustration. You can also provide me supplementary information like a brief description of the details you'd like me to include in the illustration.🍊For Character Sheet comms, pls see the guidelines and sample over here!

🌻 2.Backgrounds

🍊Character commissions: Backgrounds of character illustrations are simple as default (solid, transparent or mirror of character at lower opacity).🍊Full Illustration commissions: Backgrounds are part of stated price🍊PNGTuber Plus: Backgrounds of PNGTubers can only be transparent

🌻 3. Limitations

🍊Will NOT do NSFW, Loli, Mecha, Pets (except cats!) or Furries🍊Will NOT copy another artist's style

🌻 4.usage

🍊The art will be for personal use only unless I give permission for commercial use. However, the commissioned art may never be reproduced for profit.🍊These commissions are to NEVER be used for NFT's or AI Development.🍊Streaming use is OKAY! and does not require additional commercial fee or permission from me!

🌻 5.Timeline and Updates

🍊The timeline may vary depending on complexity of request but in general, my turnaround is as follows:🍊Character commissions: 1- 2 weeks after we've settled with a sketch🍊Full Illustration commissions: Anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months after we've settled with a sketch🍊PNGTuber commissions: 1-2 weeks after we've settled with a sketch🍊Character Sheet commissions: 2-3 weeks after we've settled with a sketch****For clients who have deadlines, please don't forget to include it when you brief me with your commission!🍊 Updates are to be shown in a trello board which I will provide the link for once we've settled with a sketch!

🌻 6.Revisions

🍊 MAJOR REVISIONS are maxed at THREE TIMES and are accepted ONLY DURING SKETCH. Please be clear and sure of your initial request!🍊 ONLY MINOR REVISIONS can be requested after sketch and are maxed at TWO TIMES ONLY. So please be accurate and voice out your concerns if there are any (especially while still in the sketching stage 😊)

🌻 7.Payment

Payment options:
🍊Full UPFRONT, or;
🍊50% before sketch, then 50% after sketchPlease note that full payment must be done to proceed after sketch🙂Mode of Payment
🍊For international clients: PAYPAL
🍊For local clients: GCash

🌻 8.Deliverables

🍊 DRIVE LINK Client will be sent a GDrive Link to the files which may expire after a month!

🌻 9. Approval of Request

🍊 I reserve the rights to refuse requests

🌻 10. Waitlist

🍊 Please note that I only charge a waitlist fee if I explicitly state that I require it for that particular commission****🍊 Waitlisted clients are required to;
                1. answer the order form ahead of their time slot
                2. Settle 20 % of their total as a reservation fee (this is
               just to ensure that my clients dont back out when their
               queue comes up)

🌻 11. Refunds

🍊 Waitlist Fee (mentioned in previous item) is non-refundable🍊 If a sketch has been delivered, 50% of FULL PAYMENT is forfeited and is therefore, non-refundable🍊 For clients wishing to refund after sketch;
              Clients who paid in full: will receive 50% of their payment
              Clients who has only paid 50%: will receive 0% of their payment

✨Workflow✨

🌻 1. Read my terms of service

🐸Please read my full terms of service first and foremost! It's a very short list (just 11 items) so I hope you read thru everything and confirm we do not have conflict of interest!

🌻 3. What should your references contain?

🐸General references for the commission is required to be submitted by the client! However, for character sheet commissions, I am very particular with the references so please go ahead and peep this link here to see what you need to compile before submitting a request!

🌻 4. Wait for my confirmation

🐸Please wait as I review your request and confirm that I am able to commit to it. I usually respond the day of or the day after you send me a request as I regularly check my email and social media when I have comms open!

🌻 5. Payment Settlement

🐸Once I confirm the request, I will send you payment details whether it's by Paypal Invoice or GCash details! This will also serve as a record of our transaction!🐸For Half-Half, I require a 50% DP before sketch and 50% to proceed after sketch🐸 Initial payment (Upfront or the first half) must be paid before I start working on the sketch.🐸Full payment must be settled to proceed after sketch.

🌻 6. Queuing

🐸Once we've settled payment, I'll put you in my queue! Depending on the amount of work I'm currently dealing with, I may or may not be able to immediately work on your slot. Of course I will tell you this in advance, and give you an estimated date when I can start working on your commission!

🌻 7. Sketch Approval and Updates

🐸I'll start working on your request when your slot comes up. Once we agree on a sketch, I'll send you a Trello Link which will serve as an update board for your commission! You can always message me if you have further questions about the update but most likely, the trello board will always be up to date!

🌻 8. Render Approval & Deliverables

🐸I will be messaging you once again, for you to approve the final render. Once we agree on it, I'll send you a GDrive link containing the final render in JPG and PNG Format!🐸 In the case of revisions, I allow only 2 MINOR REVISIONS
